A few things worth knowing.
From preparation to the final fit. Get the details right before you begin.
Will it work on my wall?
Wall texture, paint type and paint condition affect suitability. Read our wall suitability guidance before ordering. Unsure? Send our team a close-up photo and details of your paint.
Do not apply a mural to uncured paint. Follow the paint manufacturer’s curing guidance and our installation instructions.
How will the design fit my wall?
The artwork can be resized or cropped to suit your wall, so the final composition will depend on your chosen dimensions.
Measure the area you want to cover, including any openings within it. Ask us about the artwork layout and trimming allowance before finalising your order.
What is the mural made from?
Terrific T-Rex is printed to order by YDS Studio in New Zealand on removable, self-adhesive woven fabric made from recycled plastic bottles. It is designed for suitable interior wall surfaces and is supplied in panels.
Can I remove it later?
The woven fabric is removable, but the condition and preparation of your paint and wall affect the result. Check our removal and surface guidance and follow the supplied instructions. No wall covering can guarantee the same result on every painted surface.
Can I order a sample first?
Yes. Add an A3 printed sample of Terrific T-Rex to your cart for $20, with free standard shipping within New Zealand. Your sample is printed on the same removable woven fabric as the full mural.
Check its colours and fabric finish in your own lighting before ordering a full-size mural.
When will my mural arrive?
Each mural is printed to order. Check the current production timeframe and the delivery estimate for your address before ordering. Working to a particular date? Contact our team to confirm timing.
What should I know about returns?
Please check our returns guidance before ordering a made-to-measure mural, including any conditions for custom-made items. Contact us when you need help checking your dimensions or design choice.
