We want you to be happy! If you decal is damaged or has a fault contact us within 30 days of your order and we can remake the decal or offer store credit (exclusive of any shipping costs). We’ll let you know details for you to organise your return. If you’d like to return your print, you are responsible for getting it back to us in perfect condition.
Please carefully repackage (like the packaging you received it in). We recommend using a tracked courier service to ensure it arrives back to us safely. Once we’ve received and inspected the art, we can organise a remke or store credit.
Please note: All our Decals are made to order just for you specifications. We do not stock our products so please make sure you know what you are after when making your purchase. Because of this, we do not offer exchanges for simply change of mind.
